Brotech BF Booklet making machine(multilayer labels)

Print substrate(with standard configuration)
The standard thickness of the material is from 35-250µm(the range can be increased). It is possible to cut film, paper, thin cardboard. It is possible to adapt the machine to cut other substrates.
Characteristics of the units
Overlapper:
Motorized modular overlay knife with blocks for smooth and stable feeding.
Alignment:
Two feeder belts for a perfect fit.
Laminating:
A magnetic clutch controls smooth unwinding and rewinding. The maximum diameter of the film roll is 350mm.
Die cutting:
Fully rotary die-cutting section working with either magnetic cylinders or full die-cutting cylinders.
