Brotech CDF Plus Finishing system for digitally printed labels including sheeting and stacking

The Brotech CDF Plus is an advanced, multifunctional digital label finishing system that is an upgraded version of the CDF model. In addition to standard functions such as full-bleed flexographic printing, varnishing, cold foiling, lamination, semi-rotary die cutting, and slitting, the CDF Plus also features an optional sheeting module or an in-mold (IML) label stacking table, further enhancing its versatility and production capabilities.

Print substrate(with standard configuration)

The standard thickness of the material is from 35-250µm(the range can be increased). It is possible to cut film, paper, thin cardboard. It is possible to adapt the machine to cut other substrates.

Characteristics of the units

Fully rotary flexographic unit:
printing, selective varnishing, full varnishing, cold foiling, lamination.
Fully rotary/semi-rotary die cutting unit:
waste removal, slitting and winding in a two-rotary system. It can be equipped with magnetic cylinders or a full die-cutting cylinder.
Sheeting:
Automatic servomotor-driven process, sheets labels without changing tooling tools.
Conveyor:
either standard or a special one adapted to In-Mold labels, adjustable to different working speeds and stacking heights.
