Brotech DL Multifunctional In-Mould Label Rewinder and Stacker
The Brotech DL is a multifunctional machine designed for In-Mould Label (IML) processing. The unit is capable of rewinding printed rolls, die-cutting, slitting, waste removal, and sheeting or stacking, making it an ideal solution for IM label manufacturers. The stacking table can be removed for added flexibility, allowing the system to operate exclusively with pneumatic rewinders as needed.

Print substrate(with standard configuration)
The standard thickness of the material is 35-250µm(the range can be increased). It is possible to cut film, paper, thin cardboard. It is possible to adapt the machine to cut other substrates.
Description of the units
Die cutting unit:
The die cutting unit can operate in semi-rotation as well as full rotation.
Slitting unit:
Option to use standard(bottom and top roller knives) and razor blade slitting.
Conveyor belt:
Servo-motor-controlled conveyor belt is tailored for In-Mold labels and label sheeting.
