Brotech FS slitting rewinding machine with inspection
The FS model is an advanced system for label quality control, slitting, and rewinding. It features a servo-driven 3” (76 mm) air shaft for both unwinding and rewinding materials, ensuring precision and efficiency.
The machine includes an automatic stop function that activates after rewinding a preset web length, along with the capability to operate in loop mode, enhancing workflow flexibility and productivity.
In addition, it is possible to install an advanced BST or AVT inspection system, further enhancing the quality control and precision of the production process. Using one of the most advanced visual inspection systems, the FS model provides the highest inspection precision. It can be equipped with various cutting systems, both conventional and razor blade, to suit specific production requirements.

Substrate (with standard configuration)
The standard thickness of the material is 35-250µm(the range can be increased). It is possible to cut film, paper, thin cardboard. It is possible to adapt the machine to cut other substrates.
