The Brotech MF is an advanced machine designed for high-volume flexo printing, seamlessly integrating printing and die-cutting units. Fully configurable and customizable, it allows users to select the number and type of printing units, drying systems, die-cutting sections,ands slitting and rewinding modules, ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency in production.
The machine is also available in a hybrid version, combining gravure and screen printing technologies with flexography, significantly expanding its range of applications. Its modular design allows for future modifications and system expansion even after purchase, ensuring long-term adaptability.
Additionally, the MF model can be optionally equipped with a non-stop system, including an unwinder and rewinder, further enhancing efficiency and ensuring uninterrupted production flow.

Printing substrate
The standard thickness of the material is from 15-350µm.
Printing of self-adhesive materials including PP, PE, PVC, BOPP self-adhesive films; paper and coated and uncoated cardboard is possible.
Description of the units
Fully rotary flexo unit:
Flexo printing, varnishing, cold gilding, laminating.
Fully rotary die-cutting unit:
Magnetic cylinders or die-cutting cylinder.
