Brotech TR Turret rewinder
Brotech’s most popular turret rewind system features four servo-driven air rollers, ensuring high efficiency and precision. The machine offers both automatic hot gluing and a glueless system to secure the rewound material to the core, enabling uninterrupted operation.
Additionally, an integrated measuring system guarantees precise winding of the specified material length, enhancing accuracy and reliability in production.

Print substrate(with standard configuration)
The standard web thickness is 35-250µm(the range can be increased). It is possible to cut film, paper, thin cardboard. It is possible to adapt the machine to cut other substrates.
Characteristics of the units
